Aside from being the WORLD'S MOST DIFFICULT PHOTO EDITING PROGRAM EVER, Photoshop can do some pretty cool stuff. One of the assignments for my photography class was to take a portrait of ourselves and manipulate it somehow using Photoshop. After a couple confusing attempts my teacher showed me a great tutorial for adding a layer to your picture that you can use to manipulate the face, like I did. http://www.photoshopessentials.com/photo-effects/texture-map In my opinion, I thought that this turned out really well so I'm pretty proud. :)

Dogs are one of my favourite subjects to photograph, young and old, both are great. An older dog though, if they're a darker colour will usually get some white hairs around their muzzle and eyes. This makes them even more interesting to photograph, because it adds character to the dog and also show you that they're older (and wiser?). This dog, was already white so he didn't really get any noticeable white hairs. These pictures make him look younger than he is, but I think he is still quite young at heart. The weather was quite rainy last night and this morning, so I hope it calms down a bit. Power went out this morning as well, but SHOULD HAVE been closed... Hope you all have a great weekend!
